Any architectural and construction project consists of three parts: architectural, design and engineering. This is a document without which the developer will not receive permission to start construction.

The main part of the project is the architectural and design sections. If the customer is sure that there will be intelligent network specialists in the construction team, then the development of this part of the project in a specialized company can be waived. But it is necessary to understand that the architect, the designer and the engineer work on the project together and such moments as, for example, shtroba and apertures in walls for laying of pipes and wires, are provided by them in advance.

The engineering part of the project is divided into several parts.

  • Water supply and sewage (VK)
  1. water supply scheme
  2. sewage system
  3. general view of the system.

Before proceeding with the design, it is necessary to decide whether the communication will be individual or connected to a centralized system.

Individual water supply gives complete independence from external conditions. But you must remember that you will need your own sources of water, and drilling a well will cost a decent amount.

Connecting to a centralized system will require the development of a project in accordance with the technical specifications of the existing network and obtaining permission for the sidebar.

When connecting the sewage system to a centralized system, the procedure is the same as when connecting the water supply: making a request to the relevant services, developing the project, obtaining permission to insert the system. If you decide to organize an individual sewage system, then from time to time you will have to invite a waste disposal service.

  • Heating and ventilation (OV)
  1. heating scheme: calculation of the required power of the equipment, distribution of heating mains, location of pipes and radiators
  2. ventilation scheme: binding to power electrical equipment, ventilation communications and mines, nodes of aisles and, if necessary, places for stoves and fireplaces
  3. boiler strapping (if necessary)
  4. general guidelines and recommendations for the section.

If the ventilation system is always an individual design, the heating can be either individual (stove, air, water, electric) or connected to centralized networks.

  • Power Supply (ETR)
  1. lighting layout
  2. power distribution
  3. layout I LIE
  4. grounding system
  5. detailed description and characteristics of all elements of the system.

Electrical systems can be divided into mandatory and optional. The mandatory include internal and external lighting, ventilation systems, air conditioning and electrical heating. Additional systems include such as "warm floor" or automated control of the gate.

IMPORTANT

  • Each of the parts of the engineering section of the project should contain general and technical descriptions, specifications of materials and necessary equipment.
  • The drawings of the elements of all systems and floor wiring are carried out on a scale of 1: 100.

Making changes to the project

Often, the customer has a question: choose a standard project at home and save, losing the originality of the future housing, or order an individual project, but for big money.

Our company offers a compromise option. You order a standard project, and we make changes to it, taking into account all your wishes as much as possible. Of course, this implies additional costs, but, in any case, such a project will cost much less than work for a specific order. And we will take care of the fact that your house looks original.

In the project of the house, you can make the following changes:

move wall partitions. But only if they are not carriers. This operation will allow you to change the size and purpose of the rooms.

the transfer of window and door openings will allow you to change the illumination of rooms and organize convenient access to the rooms you need

changing the type of floors and walls will allow you to fully realize your own ideas about economical and rational housing

change the height of the ceilings. Although all of our houses are designed with an optimal room height of 2.8 m, some customers believe that high ceilings are additional comfort and convenience.

re-equipping the attic under the dwelling will give you the opportunity to expand your own living space

change the angle of inclination of the roof and sheds is based on the climatic conditions of a particular region

change the type of foundation is necessary, given the engineering and geological parameters of the soil. It is also possible to add or change a basement or basement.

add, remove, change the garage or terrace, you can, in accordance with their ideas about the functionality of housing

changes in the design, construction and finishing materials will allow you to economically manage your own financial resources

the project in the mirror image will allow you to seamlessly fit the house into the surrounding landscape.

Changes made should not affect home security.

Too many changes, as a rule, do not improve the project. If you could not choose a suitable house in the catalogs, then maybe you should order an individual project from the architect.

Package "Adaptation of the foundation"

When a typical house design is developed, some averaged soil parameters are taken as a basis. But, without having accurate data of geological expertise, it is difficult to take into account all the nuances in the design. Therefore, often the geotechnical characteristics of the actual site differ significantly from those originally laid in the project. This means that the foundation - the foundation of the whole house - will need to be finalized in order to make it strong and reliable.

In order to completely eliminate all the problems when laying the foundation, the specialists of our company have developed the package “Adaptation of the foundation”. When implementing the package, not only the technical characteristics, but also the customer's wishes are taken into account.

This package includes:

  • selection of foundation type
  • calculation of technical parameters:

Depth of laying the bottom of the foundation
  - load bearing capacity
  - indicators of soil stress under the foundation
  - cross-sectional area of the working reinforcement, etc.

  • detailed drawings of the zero cycle
  • statement of costs of building materials.

Adaptation of the foundation gives a full guarantee of its strength, and hence the reliability of the entire building. You are guaranteed to get rid of problems such as shrinkage and cracks during the operation of an already finished house. Moreover, often the adapted foundation turns out to be cheaper than the option originally laid in the project. And this will help save materials and financial resources.

Individual design

If you decide to build a house, then you have your own idea of what should be the home of your dreams. And if none of the standard projects suits you, it makes sense to think about an individual project. In addition, it will maximally take into account all your wishes: the level of comfort, family composition, even the view from the window. It is clear that such a project would be expensive. But you will know for sure that there is no other such thing.
Sometimes, however, it is necessary to resort to individual design forcedly. For example, the developer got a piece of land of a non-standard configuration, and no typical project simply fits into it. And it also happens that the number of changes made by the customer is such that it is easier and cheaper to design a house from scratch.

Stages of work on an individual project:

  • development of technical specifications for the design of the house
  • design work contract
  • preparation of draft design: the binding of the building to the area, external and internal view, planning, cuts
  • detailed study of the project sections.

In addition, you can also order:

  • projects of additional facilities - a garage, a workshop, a bath, etc.
  • visualization of the project in 3D format.

Ultimately, the customer receives a package of project documentation, consisting of architectural and constructive sections.

The project presents:

  • The general plan of the house with its binding to the borders of the site.
  • Floor plans, which indicate the thickness of walls, lintels and partitions, floor space, specification of windows and doorways.
  • Plans for facades with an indication of finishing materials and color solutions.
  • The sections of the building and the main nodes.
  • Drawings and cuts of the foundation, the list of consumption of materials.
  • Calculation of the overlap, truss system of the roof, nodes insulation and waterproofing of the roof.

You can decide on the style of your future home in the Individual Design catalog.

Package "tender offer"

For any developer, a question from a cheerful childish rhyme "that we should build a house ...?" far from idle. Moreover, the cost of building a house depends on many factors. Therefore, it is not necessary to estimate the costs "by eye". Lacking complete information, it will not work out to the last detail and, ultimately, it will be more expensive for itself. And besides, a careful calculation of the cost of materials and work affects not only your finances, but also the timing of the construction of the house.

You will be able to accurately calculate the construction costs using the "Tender Offer" service developed by our specialists. In fact, this is a document that provides a complete list of all building materials and works, with an indication of their volumes.

The presence of the tender offer allows you to:

  • get a real picture of the cost of the upcoming construction
  • attract a construction company that is able to offer the most favorable conditions for the performance of work
  • not only to understand the essence of the construction process, but also to competently control the consumption of building materials, independently adjusting the prices for each item
  • competently control the actions of contractors at all stages of construction

the tender proposal, supported by information on the cost of materials and construction work, is a serious argument for obtaining credit funds from the bank.

Package "Antiled"

Drifts and ice in the winter time on the roof of your house cause a lot of trouble. You can, of course, climb onto the roof and wave a shovel in the cold for 2-3 hours - really. But effective systems of snow melting and anti-icing have long been invented and widely used. Their basis is heating cables. The system is organized on the same principle as the "warm floor". Only more powerful and cable laying step less.

The package "Antiled" is developed taking into account the peculiarities of the power supply of the house:

for roof and gutters: snow melting in the gutters, on the edge of the roof to prevent icicles from forming and frost in the pipes

for the entrance group: heated steps, tracks and open areas

for access to the garage: heated driveways

in addition, sometimes the system "Antiled" is used for heating the soil in greenhouses, and for landscape heating of flowerbeds, lawns and lawns, as well as for heating sports facilities.

The design process calculates the minimum power consumption and ensures fire safety. When creating the Antiled system, it is recommended to use only certified self-heating elements that do not support combustion. In addition, the system is equipped with an overheating shutdown device or a differential automatic device for automatically shutting down the system when energy losses are detected. If the system is too large, it is broken up into smaller sections. It's easier to manage her work.

Important:

for a multi-slope roof, the Antiled system will be designed by our company’s specialists for individual orders.

Package "Lightning protection"

Often, developers do not attach much importance to protecting their own homes from lightning: someone saves, someone thinks, someone hopes for a “chance”. But 3-4 years after the construction of the house, many people remember the protection from lightning. Tolley neighbor lost all household appliances in a thunderstorm, they came across statistics about how many fires happen during a year due to lightning.

We propose to resolve the issue immediately: provide protection at the design stage of the house. It is worth considering this at least for purely aesthetic reasons - it will not be necessary to hammer the walls of the house once again and pull the lead through the facade, disrupting the thoughtful appearance of the building.

Protecting the house from lightning is a system of devices located both outdoors and indoors. External lightning protection prevents lightning from entering the house, internal - protects the power grid from sudden power surges. And special devices protect electrical engineering from sudden changes in the electromagnetic field in the radius of a lightning strike.

"Lightning protection" package includes

  • the layout of the location of the lightning rods, taking on direct lightning strikes
  • schematic section of the current collector, diverting the current from the interception rod to grounding
  • ground loop circuit that distributes lightning energy in the soil, ensuring complete safety
  • average resistance calculations
  • detailed list of required materials
  • recommendations for the implementation of the project.

Gorgeous, inspirational and simply beautiful modern homes - the pride of architects homfy and the whole community! We are always happy to share with you projects that not only changed the life of one family for the better, but also serve us as an excellent example of a successful cottage or villa.

In this photo collection you are waiting for projects in modern style - modern, functional and stylish. Basically, they have panoramic windows in almost all areas, terraces and other convenient places to relax on the site. Please note that in the planning, almost all of them adhere to the same concept - closed private facades from the side of the street and open with a view of the garden - from the reverse side.

The international hit on homify - a summer house from Kharkov architect Alexander Zhidkov - is particularly attractive with a hearth recessed into the terrace. Here, surrounded by the forest and its flavors, you can spend a great weekend or give children an unforgettable summer!

Another house project that impressed us is this charming Art Nouveau villa with a swimming pool, which seems like a very cozy place to live. The house has a traditional look with tiled roofs, two-leaved high doors to the garden and with the overall mood of the Mediterranean clearly deserves your attention.

Latin American Art Nouveau looks especially geometric and stylish, we learned about it from the article “Projects of houses in the style of Brazilian” and see, looking at this Mexican project. Just imagine - this cottage has only one window overlooking the street, but it does not seem like an impregnable castle, but rather a futuristic design project.

Another project that forced us to completely rethink the idea of a country lifestyle and think about building a villa somewhere on an island in the ocean and with good internet is this amazing house, incredibly spectacularly located on the hillside

Another house that gives us a special inspiration for an exquisite snow-white modern, built in Portugal and is certainly a great place to live. Simple lines, open planning and plenty of light make it a project that you want to know more about.

This amazing house with an incredible pool of interesting shape, a second pool on the second level, a waterfall connecting them into one whole, and a fantastic layout that includes a patio with a palm tree, was created in Colombia and is preparing for implementation. Standing right on the beach and having its own pier, it looks like the perfect place to relax.

Many dream of such a house - chic, spacious, stylish and modern, with a beautiful patio and swimming pool, panoramic windows and several terraces. He is not just an image, but a real goal, which can become a guiding star for you when you climb to the top. This project was implemented in Switzerland near Zurich by architects from the company MEIER ARCHITEKTEN.

A stylish project with natural wood trim with imitation of valuable species is especially authentic in a forest full of its own charm. “Square Mandarin” is a large modern house, designed for people who appreciate comfort and open space. The total area is 404 square meters.

At the beginning of the 20th century in France, a modernist style was born in architecture, having a parallel name “Art Nouveau”. Modern is aimed at creating natural lines in architectural and design solutions. The emblem of "Art Nouveau" called a beautiful flower - cyclamen. This current is directly connected with the era of imperialism.

At that time, along with the construction of palaces, citadels, town halls and temples, industrial enterprises, railway stations, educational institutions, airfields, exhibition complexes, highways were designed. At the same time, along with the use of stone, wood and brick, a new material made of concrete, glass and metal was used.

Feature of Art Nouveau Buildings

A special feature of the architecture is asymmetry, the replacement of straight lines and angles with smooth lines. It is important for him to use new methods on the basis of glass and metal with natural forms and roundings. The focus of the architectural movement is associated with the simultaneous creation of captivating and constructive buildings. At the same time, much attention is paid to the exterior design and interior arrangement of buildings in the Art Nouveau style. The iron bearing structures used in many buildings resemble fancy fantastic plants. The arrangement of entrance doors with their transfer to the side from the center was a peculiar reception. Balconies are made with rounded wrought metal bars. On luxurious buildings in modern style it has become fashionable to install:

  • sculpture of female heads with flowing hair framed by a vine;
  • images of fairy-tale elves, mermaids, dolphins and other animals of animalistic genre.

Many buildings successfully use mosaic, and the windows have reached maximum sizes.

Thanks to modern lighting, made of, models with balls, shades of glass and plastic, creates an addition to the favorite style. Ground columns with lanterns of various shapes and heights successfully illuminate the territory of the building. The main thing is that such a house looks beautiful from any side.

Interior decoration

All details of the internal space are thought out to the smallest detail, including doors, internal stairs and railings, hanging lamps, and door handles. In the interior there is a lot of natural wood, stainless steel, glass and mirror surfaces. Color design does not do without the bright green, which does not saturate the room, but is a good bar in the whole interior. from light tones, with peculiar rounded shapes, carved legs. All elements of decor and furniture of buildings in modern style should not create the impression of eclecticism.

Many people love the modern style for its connection with nature and plan to build their homes in this style. In the design organizations there are options for private projects of houses in the modern style, made in one or two floors. They can resemble bizarre palaces, royal chambers, noblemen’s mansions or ordinary industrial buildings and offices. Houses are erected in Art Nouveau style from different materials of modern times with the use of ornaments and curved lines, various handmade compositions from different textures and materials. For such buildings, forged fences and grilles, painted ceilings and walls, decorative panels are relevant. With such requirements will have to invite sculptors and painters, tinsmiths and blacksmiths.

Practicality

Despite the fact that you can offer a project of a house in the Art Nouveau style of amazing beauty and huge sizes, you should weigh the pros and cons of such a building well. When planning should take into account the cost of construction and decoration, furnishings, as well as further costs associated with maintenance. Many owners have built huge houses in the modern style, but live in small shelters, due to the fact that there is not enough money for and lighting such a huge area. Due to the lack of heating in the cold season, the wallpaper begins to fall off, the plaster layer is crumbling. Therefore, the presence of a large and beautiful home should correspond to practicality.

When planning a home, you should consider:

  • the number of people and their age;
  • family material support;
  • the possibility of constant cleaning of large areas;
  • availability of stairs (it is difficult for people at the age to descend and ascend more than once a day).

In this case, you will have to look a little forward and choose the version of the project of the house in the modern style that is suitable for your family.

The architectural style called "modern" originally began to be used in Europe, here it received a good popularity because of its originality and aesthetics. This style is practiced rejection of angular shapes, as well as lines. Mostly used natural outlines, alternating with new technologies. Like other similar areas, modern designed to improve the appearance of buildings, it increases the functionality. The frame house in the style of modern has not only a unique design from the outside, it also passes through a special study of decoration, as well as parts of the decor. Pillars, door openings, ladders are combined with each other, giving completeness to the interior decoration.

World House Styles Review

At the moment there is a huge amount of house styles. Let's look at just a few of them.

Country house, made in the Japanese stylecombines natural harmony and a state of calm at the same time. This can be achieved through the use of natural materials for the implementation of finishing works, as well as in the arrangement of the interior. The design of the structure is characterized by a high level of functionality and good practicality. Smooth lines along with right angles create a simple design. The wide roof is held on wooden columns, which creates a special atmosphere. In most cases, the roof is pointed and has two or four sides of the pitched.

Calm shades and special space,  natural materials, as well as simplicity, all this is used when finishing the building in the Scandinavian style. Such a structure will be appreciated by individuals who prefer peace in the interior, they do not need additional delights. In this case, the main building material is wood, supplemented with brickwork or decorative stone. Often light wood species are involved.

In the list of village house styles,  which are most often chosen by people during construction, country music is of particular demand - comfortable, multifunctional and extremely simple. What else does a country house need besides comfort, as well as tranquility, which are able to restore the forces lost in the bustle of the city! Often at home in the style of country music is associated by many with North American life. It is here, on a rural ranch, in these houses live real cowboys. In fact, England is considered the historical homeland of this style, and from there the immigrants took it to America and a little later to other countries of the continent.

The exterior of the house

If you look at the photographs of houses in the modernist style, you will immediately notice that when creating such architectural structures, the specialists deliberately do not use right angles and lines, preferring the natural winding contours. When developing full-fledged houses in this style, they are sure to give up even minimal symmetry. When finishing buildings, not very saturated natural shades are considered the most optimal colors, for example, very often facades are decorated with something similar to tobacco leaves.

Technology built

Let's look at the construction technology. Initially, processing of wood materials with specialized antiseptic agents is performed. This is done in order to prevent the occurrence of destructive molds, fungi, and also impairs the absorption capacity of the material. Next is the installation of the structure. After this, the frame is filled with heat insulating materials, which should also increase sound insulation. Only after you can make the installation of the roof. At the final stage, the internal and external finishing of the walls is carried out.

The main differences of the house modern

Often, when creating a full-fledged design in this style, not only wood is used, but also metal. You can still highlight the glass.

Incredible plants, geometric shapes that have no obvious outlines, ornate elements - usually only in modernity can this all be combined at the same time. If you are an advanced person who appreciates true beauty and creative solutions, then this style is best for you. It is unlikely that you will find such a large number of conflicting elements anywhere else.

The advantages of a frame house in modern style

As already noted, such houses are not only the most aesthetic, but also multifunctional. In addition, if you select this style, then just pick what you like. In modern stores of building materials there is a real variety of things from which you can create this style. In this case, it is only important to choose the right designer. But this is also not a problem. As soon as you publish an ad, you will be contacted immediately. After all, this style has gained special popularity today, designers get more practice, introduce new ideas.

Cost of

As for the cost, it can vary greatly. First of all, the amount depends on the height of the building. You may also have special requests that can lead to a serious appreciation. For example, if you are going to equip the building with a garage, then this will make the project more expensive by about 10-15%.

Modern, as an architectural style, originated in Europe. At home, he did not receive the final design and developed individually in each state, including Russia, incorporating elements of a particular national culture. In Russia, it became an independent, special direction, which left its mark on both architecture and painting and sculpture.

Initially, modern was conceived as a style for rich private estates, mansions and villas. However, along with the simplification of the techniques used in the early modernist style, it was increasingly used in the construction of public buildings and apartment buildings. But a century ago, and today the Russian modern is a sign of luxury and wealth. In the past century, well-known craftsmen worked on the orders of wealthy people, who were busy with spectacular solutions in architecture.

Today, increasingly, our architects, developing the design of the facade of country cottages are turning to the theme of modernity. The reason is quite understandable: the creative ambitions of the author of the project can be fully implemented in accordance with the characteristic features of style in private housing. Every Art Nouveau house is a work of art.

"Psevdorussky style"

This trend is characterized by the free variation of Old Russian architecture techniques, closely intertwined with European modern features. Among the Russian architects who worked in Russian or, as they later began to call it, the “pseudo-Russian” style, Ivan Ropet stands out, like no one else who studied medieval Russian architecture. At the end of the 19th century, Savva Mamontov invites him to his estate. Here Ropet builds a bathhouse-teremok - a building on the same floor with a mezzanine, a carved porch, a hipped roof covered with red lead and painted “in a checkered pattern”.

The massive chest roof is surprisingly easily combined with tiny windows and a low door hidden behind a steep porch. Log cabin is stressed massively.

For his practical work, the architect has created quite a few uncommon structures. Most often, these were samples of "terem" with Russian decorative patterns, lancet windows and wooden turrets, carved trim - an interpretation of Russian national motifs. Some of the estates of the hands of Ropet today turned out to be abandoned, many have already been completely destroyed or burned.

The estate of Sazonov in Ostashevo (Chukhlomskaya district of the Kostroma region), built by Ropet is one of those that can still be saved. An elegant wooden structure with a multi-tiered roof, generously decorated with carved elements, with rounded outlines of modernity.

To adopt the techniques of the “ropetovsky” style today is especially recommended when building a wooden house - decorating it with galleries, loggias, terraces, using smooth or coarse unpolished beams and logs for the facade. It is acceptable to replace natural wood with artificial materials that imitate wood. This will not only facilitate the construction, but also prolong its life. The central facade can be decorated with tiles or panels, roofs, shutters and platbands - patterned saw-through carving ("towels", "valances" and so on).

"Teremok" from Flenovo, authorship belongs to the famous "storyteller" Malyutin. The main decoration is a window with rich wooden carvings based on epics.

"Russian terem" can be created by applying the brickwork. The building can be in one or several floors, with triangular gables and teeth on the facade, with helmet-shaped turrets, like those of churches. Various materials are perfectly combined, patterned fragments organically fit into the style - majolica inserts, large panels with floral ornaments.

The ornament on the background of a brick wall is a bright and original element.
  Tiled patterned frieze.

Northern Modern

The main distinguishing feature of the Russian “northern” modernity was the combination of different textures within the same context. In addition, the St. Petersburg modernist style was always more inclined to the European direction than, say, Moscow.

Here, art nouveau buildings have a classic appearance almost everywhere. As a rule, in St. Petersburg, houses were built with several wings, both different in height and configuration, with windows that differ in shape and size. The buildings looked monumental, had massive doors and portals, rounded bay windows and acute-angled roofs, finished off with untreated stone. At the same time, smooth, curved lines, plastic and graphic design of the facade and facade, characteristic of modern style, are traced everywhere. In the decoration - the motifs of the northern nature, wildlife, heroes of mythological scenes. In the general appearance of the houses you can find forged, ceramic and sculptural elements.

Monotonously gray tones, massive facade, seamlessly combined into a single monolith, decor in the form of bird figures, windows of various sizes and original relief plaster “under the fur coat”. True north modernity.

Often the appearance of the house has something in common with other styles - gothic, romance. Multicolor is almost absent, using a minimum of decorative excesses - mostly Scandinavian-type bas-reliefs. In the northern modernity the sharpness of the stylization of the motifs of medieval and folk architecture clearly appears. The graphics and restraint coexist with the original techniques, such as in the mansion of ballerina Kshesinskaya built by A. Gauguin - a convex capsule window of the winter garden, uniting the space of the mansion with the outside world.

Mansion Kshesinskaya on Kronverksky Avenue - a large building with a unique window of the winter garden.
The mansion of SN Chaev is an example of St. Petersburg modernism with a combination of brick, granite, plaster and majolica tiles in the decoration of the facade. The corner entrance is decorated with narrow windows located diagonally and bas-reliefs of antique themes.
The rear facade of the mansion Chaeva. The rotunda of the winter garden has something in common with the Kshesinskaya mansion and allows talking about the influence of A. Gauguin on the work of the creator - the architect V.Apyshkov.

Along with the northern modern in St. Petersburg, classical European modern was used in private construction. It contains half-timbered notes and "castle" types of structures.

Cottage Gauswald on Kamenny Island in St. Petersburg, is considered the first building in Russia, built in the Art Nouveau style. Most of the building is made of wood, the facade is plastered and decorated with wooden beams in the style of half-timbered. Attached turret - made of stone. The underlined silhouette asymmetry, a broken line of portals and roofs, wooden terraces are decorated with stone pillars, the basement is made of rubble slabs.

Moscow style

It can be called romantic, and the chief architect, of course, Shekhtel, with his extraordinary approach to the planning of buildings. The best example of early Russian modernism in Moscow is the Ryabushinsky mansion on Malaya Nikitskaya. In the layout there is a free asymmetry: each of the facades is arranged in a special way, as a whole forming a composition in the form of ledges. The cornice is heavily carried forward, bay windows, balconies, unevenly protrude beyond the walls. The floral ornament is repeated around the perimeter, ceramic tiles are used in the decoration, and stained glass windows are used in the windows. Street fence and balcony frames create a single style.

Airy, bright and spacious home, creating a romantic mood. Ceramic tile on the facade is crowned with a majolica belt with images of irises, gentle tones are selected, rooms are clearly visible behind different windows.
One of the best works of Lev Kekushev. Mindovsky's house on Povarskaya has not changed much since its construction.
Ding's mansion in Sokolniki. Abundant ribbon pattern of stucco, the windows are decorated with mosaic panels, there was a place and wooden carved panels on the gable.

Russian modern today

Modernity is called a “fleeting” current, it appeared quite unexpectedly, for some time it was not taken seriously, and the time of its “rule” fairly quickly expired. He came to Russia from Europe with a serious delay, and the period of his existence can be limited to just fifteen years. It was difficult to integrate into a single format and contained many borrowed elements. The modern Russian modern is increasingly seen in suburban construction, which means that the modernist style of the last century has left a significant imprint on our history. Indeed, the scope, breadth, organicity and smoothness of modernity are suitable for the revival of the construction of private mansions.

A sample of the elegant Russian wooden art nouveau of the 21st century. Plastic ornament of wooden elements, carefully and tastefully selected colors and textures, handmade products - effectively and unusually.
Modern architecture in modern style. Roundness and malleability of forms, forged parts, stucco molding, large-area glazing. The construction used brick, stone slabs for the basement, smooth and textured plaster. Above the doors and windows of an unconventional form with wooden frames - a panel with a natural landscape. Natural, warm shades of flowers.

So, what are the main techniques for buildings in the Russian modern style today?

  • A bold combination in a single design of different materials, selected by color. Chopped log houses, brick mansions, stone buildings; often - a mixture of types.
  • The presence of elements characteristic of Russian architecture - patterned carved trim, shutters, turrets on the roof. The building may resemble a Russian tower, a fabulous house.
  • Balconies, porch - decorated with forged patterns. The windows are large in size, there may be a full glazing of the walls and stained glass windows. The facades are decorated with stucco and stone bas-reliefs, many loggias, galleries, staircases, and terraces. Door and window openings are oval-shaped.
  • Above the entrance and along the perimeter of the walls are mosaic tiled belts, patterned friezes and majolica panels.
  • The overall style is fluidity, softness, curvilinear outlines, the absence of strict symmetries, and necessarily harmony with the landscape surrounding the house.
