The growth of trees and shrubs, their fertility depends primarily on their nutrition. It is important that they have a constant supply of such elements: calcium, carbon, potassium, nitrogen, phosphorus, iodine, magnesium, sodium and a number of other minerals. Periodically, for this purpose, fertilization of trees is carried out.

Proper fertilization requires knowledge of soil characteristics: mechanical composition, reaction of the medium, degree of fertility, age of plantations, etc.

1 Types of fertilizers

Substances that increase the fertility of the land, variously classified. The most common classification is as follows:

  • by origin: organic fertilizers and mineral;
  • by the method of application: fertilizing, pre-sowing, surface, subsurface;
  • according to the method of feeding: foliar root dressing.

Consider some of them. Organic include: bird droppings, manure, sawdust, compost, peat. They improve soil structure, water and air regimes. Thanks to them, the earth is enriched with nutrients, humus. This type of fertilizer is more popular because it is natural and easily available.

A common organic substance is manure containing copper, copper, cobalt, molybdenum, manganese. The advantage of bird droppings is their greater nutrient content and cost effectiveness.

Mineral required for soil to replenish it with nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus. Any plant at each stage of life requires the necessary amount of these elements. For the winter, the trees need to be supplemented with potassium, which will make it possible to prepare the plant for the coming frosts. In the spring and autumn, during the period of active growth, nitrogen will be introduced into the soil, and phosphorus at the germination stage.

1.1 Feeding fruit trees

The soil where fruit trees grow, especially those in the fruiting phase, “gets poorer” over time. Therefore, all specialists in gardening replenish its stocks. Top dressing of fruit is carried out in two ways: mineral / organic. Often, amateur gardeners have a question: “What is the best way to fertilize fruit trees?” It is most advisable to feed plantations with organic matter, which contains the entire list of necessary substances, improves the condition of the land plot, its looseness, makes the soil accessible to air penetration.

Mineral enrich the plant with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium. The main supplier of nitrogen is: ammonium nitrate carbamide or urea; phosphorus - superphosphate, potassium - potassium salt.  Fertilizers are applied in two stages, in autumn and spring. In spring, more nitrogen compounds are required for fruit trees, which cause their enhanced growth. Approximate dose - 20-30 gr. on 1 square. m of soil, with its substantial depletion of the dose increases. And to bring in the fall under fruit trees, when they are preparing for winter, you need phosphate elements, substances containing potassium.

It is in the autumn period that more fertilizer is applied. Usually, organic compounds are scattered in an arbitrary ramming circle, and then they shovel spade (20-30 cm deep) on the floor of the bayonet. Preference is better to give a well-rotted manure. The amount of fertilizer depends on the size of the tree. Most often enough buckets, standard dosage - 1 square. m inflow circle 1-1.5 buckets of manure or compost. Along the perimeter of the crown's projection, it is necessary to make a groove, a depth of 30 cm. Half the dose of the autumnal norm of nutrients is scattered around it.

When choosing a superphosphate, enough half a glass. After doing these actions, mix the fertilizer with the soil. Put the rest on top, and again the top layer is mixed with the ground. Bring in nutrients in this consistent way will allow them to evenly distribute, without burning the roots of the plant.

In addition to the basic procedures for feeding fruit trees, experts highlight the effective use of top dressing. These are fast-acting substances. These measures are necessary if you for some reason do not fertilize your orchard in the fall. Need to prepare the slurry. In a large barrel is placed on the third manure, filled with water. For several days, while the solution is infused, it should be thoroughly mixed. After the concentrated liquid, dilute with water five times, if you use chicken manure - in 10. Spread the solution around the tree with solution.

In addition to fertilizing organic matter, you can use minerals: ammonium nitrate, nitrogen fertilizers. 1 tbsp. the spoon is diluted with a bucket of water and poured into the stem circle as well. At the end it is advisable to water the plant so that all substances are evenly distributed along the root system.

Top dressing through foliage, foliar also effective. It is best to take the urea fertilizer. In the spring, spray it with a solution over the leaves of the trees (about 30 grams per bucket of water). In August, superphosphate can be used for better budding in the coming year. Somewhere 100-150 gr. a substance containing phosphate is dissolved in a bucket of water and then sprayed on the outer organs of the plant. Spraying is done in cloudy weather or in the evening when the sun is no longer burning.

1.3 Fertilizer conifers

Various coniferous trees are gaining the greatest popularity for the decoration of the front facades. Only those giving a noticeable increase, healthy plants that receive constant feeding look more beautiful. To properly organize the procedures for feeding, you need to know what fertilizers for coniferous trees should be used. So, for example, ordinary garden mixtures or complex type fertilizers are not suitable for evergreens. Manure is even worse. They are aimed at intensive growth, which in conifers ends with yellowing and even the death of some specimens.

In this case, it is better to produce the nutrients independently, and to purchase them in specialized stores. When buying this product should pay attention to its composition. When choosing fertilizer for conifers, magnesium is a must. It is an integral part of the chlorophyll molecule, and is actively involved in photosynthesis. According to experts, mineral substances should be used to feed bait evergreens, and decomposed compost, biohumus, which is the result of the processing of worms, is used as organic matter.

Coniferous trees and shrubs are fed twice a season. For the first time this is done during the period of increased growth, i.e. in May. The second time is at the end of the summer. If you fertilize later than the deadline, the resulting increase will not have time to mature to the onset of cold weather. In order for the roots to quickly assimilate the introduced elements, it is advisable to use liquid types of feeding. For ensuring long action granules are used. The effect from them is observed in a quarter or six months.

Ready liquid fertilizers should be diluted to the required concentration, as indicated in the instructions. The liquid is poured into the wells, previously made around the perimeter of the crown. Then they are covered with earth. Pellets are sprinkled evenly over the surface of the circle of the trunk, using a chopper mixed with soil when digging. Similarly, compost and humus are introduced.

1.4 Feeding the money tree

Money tree or podyanka - the plant is not capricious. Its feeding is not difficult. Fertilization procedures are carried out only after irrigation. It is recommended to feed in the spring-summer period (April-August). Optimally - once a month. For money tree, use supplements for:

  • succulents;
  • cacti,
  • humisol GUMI.

The rest of the time they feed less frequently, the concentration of the fertilizer is diluted 1.5-2 times.

2 How to fertilize trees in autumn?

Fertilizing plants in the fall is a preeminent question, since this period for feeding is the most crucial time. Fertilizer useful compounds carried to the end of September. If you are interested in what fertilizers to apply in the fall, you should choose mineral substances. Complex method will show the best effect. Used exclusively root feeding.

If the soil is sandy or sandy, fertilizer will need more. Under the trees, 8-year-olds bring 30 kg of humus, under crops of 9 years of age and older - 50 kg. Fertilizer is placed in the soil at a depth of 20 cm. Complex mineral fertilizers are very convenient to use. For the orchard are recommended:

  • Fruit garden;
  • Universal;
  • Kemira.

When using them, strictly follow the instructions on the package.

  »Trees

Many novice gardeners mistakenly believe that plants need feeding at the initial stage of the growing season and are limited to fertilizing in the spring. However, the end of the season is always accompanied by work on preparing the culture for wintering. And one of the important events is the introduction of a nutrient mixture to strengthen the root system and overall immunity. How and how to feed garden fruit trees in the fall in the garden we will discuss further.

Nutrient enrichment in the fall with nutrients allows the plants to obtain the necessary trace elements, which strengthen the protective functions, even before the onset of cold weather. A sturdy tree winters without much loss and actively enters the growing season, intensively throwing out new shoots and buds. Lack of stress contributes to abundant flowering and a long period of fruiting. Good immunity provides resistance to attacks of insects and pathogens.

  • For or more liquid feedconsisting of 2 tbsp. l potassium sulfate, 3 tbsp. l superphosphate and buckets of water. On one plant 4 buckets of solution are spent.
  • Quince is better to fertilize dry,  spreading the stem circle 30 grams. superphosphate and 20 gr. potassium salt (per 1 m2).
  • To fertilize the land on which the peaches grow, you need 110-150 grams. superphosphate and 45-65 gr. potassium salt. Minerals are embedded in the soil along the stem circle.

Dates for autumn dressing

It is possible to carry out work on the preparation of landings for winter throughout September and part of October, right up to the first frost. But to delay the procedure in terms, too, is not worth it, the plant will take time to assimilate the nutrients received during processing. If you enrich the land before establishing stable cold weather, the tree will not have time to gain strength, which means that dressing will be ineffective.

Before making the nutrient mixture, it is recommended to clean the soil surface from the fallen leaves, cut off the dried and damaged branches, seal the traces of mechanical damage on the trunk, if any. Also, the preparation involves digging the trunk in a circle with a slightly lower immersion than a shovel bayonet. The result is a barrel circle.

How to fertilize planting before winter

There are several types of fertilizers, each of which deserves attention. Before applying it, it will not be superfluous to familiarize yourself with the advantages of one or another option in order to choose the most effective top dressing.

Mineral autumn dressing in September and October

This type of food for plants has a simple chemical composition of microelements safe for plants and the environment. Existing mineral fertilizers are conventionally divided into simple and complex. These definitions are conditional, since even simple options contain enough nutrients for normal culture development. Complex formulations contain 2-3 main components and several additional, presented in a small dosage.

Pellets can be distributed over the soil surface around the stem of the tree, followed by watering and embedding or dissolved previously in water for watering the plant at the root.

  Mineral feed can be used both in dry and in diluted form

Phosphoric compounds for fruit trees

Ammophos is also considered the most popular fertilizer in the horticultural group of phosphorus. There is an opinion that it is better to choose double superphosphate, in it the amount of gypsum is less, and the dosage of the main component is increased.

Phosphorus slows down the process of dissolving compounds used in top dressing. This increases the efficiency of the nutrient enrichment procedure. The advantages of phosphorus compounds is the ability to strengthen the root system, give the plant strength and energy. Phosphorus also contributes to the accumulation of sugar and protein in the sap of the tree.

Good potash fertilizers

Autumn dressings with potash composition allow even fragile plants to survive the bitter cold. There are two types of fertilizers: chloride and sulphate.  Before use, you should familiarize yourself with the susceptibility of each fruit tree to chlorine and sulfur. For example, a pear and an apple tree react well to chlorine, which is not the case with fruit bushes.

When potash fertilizers are applied, it is important to take into account the environment in the soil in order not to acidify it, for example, with potassium sulfate.

  Potash supplements help plants survive the cold

Combined fertilizers to increase yield

The use of mixed dressings is also important for autumn preparation for winter. As an option, put a mixture of the following components in the wells at the roots:

  • humus (5 kg);
  • superphosphate (50 gr.);
  • chloride or potassium sulfate (30 gr.).

The composition must first be well mixed so that all substances are distributed evenly. After thrashing the pit should be watered.

For young cultures, whose age does not exceed 5 years, organic matter is taken in a lower dosage. And for trees older than 8 years, the amount of fertilizer increases by 20-30%.

Another type of combined nutrition is phosphate-potassium compounds. A balanced product facilitates the application and enriches the soil with all the necessary valuable minerals.

  Combined dressings are good for beginners, until they understand how to care for plantings

Vegetable ash for garden autumn feeding

Vegetable ash is considered a universal remedy, which can be applied in a dry form and in dissolved water. This dressing is suitable for almost all crops. Thanks to the ash, the soil is deoxidized, enriched with trace elements necessary for normal growing season:

  • magnesium;
  • calcium;
  • potassium;
  • zinc;
  • copper;
  • sulfur and other substances.

When using this fertilizer, it is worth considering that the proportions of microelements included in the composition vary depending on the feedstock (grass, straw, peat).

Wood ash refers to potash fertilizers due to the high content of such a component as potassium. Hardwoods have an index of 14-16%, conifers - 4-6%.

Feeding from ash has the following advantages:

  • stems and stems of plants strengthened;
  • immunity is strengthened, which increases the chances of survival in winter;
  • increases the resistance of the culture to various infections and viruses;
  • the presence of potassium keeps from the rapid growth and premature ripening of fruits;
  • the main component is involved in photosynthesis, converting nutrients into starch.

When using plant ash for feeding plantings, it is recommended to adhere to the consumption rate: 250 grams per 1 m2.

How to feed organic bushes in the garden

To ensure the nutrition of fruit plantations appropriate to use almost all types of organic fertilizers:,. Organic matter is often combined with mineral fertilizers, which creates optimal conditions for saturating the soil with valuable trace elements and maintaining plant vitality in the cold season.

Most often it is embedded in the soil around the trunk to a depth of 10-15 cm. But it is also allowed to enrich the soil with a solution prepared on the basis of manure or bird droppings. In the manufacture of liquid food should strictly adhere to the norms of consumption and dosage, so as not to burn the plant.

Autumn fertilizer is distinguished by the formulations used and the proportions used for young seedlings and adult trees. A large dosage of nutrients will negatively affect the development of the plant, and in some cases it will provoke its death.

It is necessary to feed in a dry form. Nutrients are buried in the ground around the trunk of a tree or cover the surface of the soil as mulch. If you use the same minerals or organic matter in combination with water, you get no less valuable liquid feed, which is watered under the root. The effectiveness of this treatment is that all components used are distributed evenly in the soil.

The main advantage of liquid fertilizers is the form of nutrients available to plants. This type of feed is particularly suitable for crops that have a long period of growth.

The most popular fertilizers are based on or. To prepare the solution, at first a small part of the organic matter is infused for a week in water, obtaining a concentrated liquid. For further use, you will need to dilute the billet with water and water the plants at the root 2-3 times per season, including autumn.

Properly conducted shrub autumn dressing will strengthen the immunity of fruit trees, which will allow them to survive a harsh winter and increase the harvest. And what kind of fertilizer to choose and make under fruit trees and berry bushes is up to you!

Fertilizing trees in the spring is one of the main activities aimed at ensuring good growth of trees and increasing their yield. With proper use of fertilizers, the yield can be increased by 50-100% without degrading the quality of the fruit.

Fertilizers  not only supply trees with nutrients, but also improve the physicochemical properties of the soil, increase its fertility. The effectiveness of fertilizers increases in the case of their use in combination with other agrotechnical measures. At the same time, moisture in the soil is very important, without which fertilizers can even harm.

When applying fertilizer  The biological characteristics of individual tree species should be taken into account, first of all, their winter hardiness, the need for separate nutrients at different age periods and during the growing season. In both young and productive age, trees need nitrogen and potassium more, less - in phosphorus. These basic nutrients are removed from the soil in an approximate ratio of 3: 3: 1.

As trees age and yields increase, the level of nutrient removal increases. Every year, fruit-bearing trees are removed from the soil area of 100 square meters. m 0.9-1.2 kg of nitrogen, 0.9-1 kg of potassium and 0.3-0.4 kg of phosphorus. These losses need to be replenished by fertilizing.

The amount of nitrogen and phosphorus is in direct proportion to the amount of humus, and the amount of potassium is associated with the mechanical composition of the soil. On the sandy soils of the last element is much less than on clay and loamy soils.

What fertilizers do fruit trees need in spring?

The need for nutrients varies considerably in fruit trees during the growing season. In early spring and at the beginning of the growing season, plants need primarily potassium, while nitrogen and phosphorus are required a little less at this time. During the flowering period and after it, during the intensive growth of shoots and the formation of fruits, there is a maximum need for nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition. In the second half of the growing season, when growth processes slow down, the need for potash nutrition increases, which contributes to better maturing of growths and increase in winter hardiness of trees.

In order to create optimal conditions for the growth, development and fruiting of trees in the garden, it is necessary to combine the application of organic and mineral fertilizers.

It is advisable to ensure that they are made in a 1: 1 ratio, that is, one half of the norm of nutrients is provided by organic fertilizers, and the second - by mineral fertilizers. With a high content of humus in the soil, as well as with the use of irrigation, the advantage is given to mineral fertilizers.

In the presence of a sufficient amount of organic fertilizers containing all the necessary batteries, mineral fertilizers can not be applied. In this case, the most favorable nutrient regime is created, the soil structure is improved, and the activity of beneficial microbiological processes is enhanced.

Fertilization has the maximum effect in the case when these substances fall into the zone of activity of the active root system of fruit trees. This is especially true for sedentary fertilizers, which for the most part remain in the application area. Based on these features, phosphate, potash and organic fertilizers should be applied in the fall under digging.

Nitrogen fertilizers, especially in the nitrate form, more mobile, and on light sandy soils during the growing season can be washed to a depth of 100 cm or more, so they are recommended to be made in spring and summer when feeding. Nitrogen fertilizers in ammonia and amide forms, especially on loamy and clay soils, can be applied partially (25-30%) in autumn, the rest - in early spring. In young gardens it is advisable to fertilize the soil in tree trunks or stripes, in more mature ones - over the entire area.

Fertilizer rates  depend primarily on the type of soil, age and productivity of trees, the availability of irrigation. If during planting trees a sufficient amount of organic and mineral fertilizers is applied, then in the first 2-3 years only nitrogen fertilizers are used at the rate of 6-9 g of the active substance per 1 square meter. m prishtambovoy strip or circle. This means, for example, that ammonium nitrate, which contains 34-35% nitrogen, needs to be added up to 27 g, synthetic urea (46% nitrogen) - 18-20 g.

The rates of application of mineral fertilizers in older gardens in different soil-climatic zones of Ukraine on different types of soil (in g of active ingredient per 1 sq. M of fertilized area) are given in the table.

In forest-steppe and steppe with irrigation, the rates of mineral fertilizers can be increased by 20-30%. When the soil is sown under perennial grasses or grown in the rows of other crops, their rate is increased by another 20%.

Organic fertilizer  in young and fruitful plantations should be made 1 time in 2-4 years at the rate of 3-6 kg (depending on the age of trees) per 1 square. m fertilized area.

It should be noted that fertilizer ratesshown in the table are indicative. They need to be updated once in 3-5 years, in accordance with the data of chemical analysis of soil and leaves, conducted in the agrochemical laboratory. If there is no possibility for such studies, then the rates of fertilizers are specified depending on the condition of the trees, their growth and yield.

The calculated rate of fertilizer can be applied in autumn and early spring.and partly - during the growing season as a top dressing. However, one should not abuse the amount of fertilizers, since their excess negatively affects the winter hardiness of trees, the quality and storage of fruits.

Allocate root dressingswhen fertilizers are applied directly to the soil, and foliar, when fertilizers dissolved in water
  sprayed trees during the growing season. Extra root top dressing is often combined with spraying trees with pesticides.

Root top dressing  most effective with sufficient soil moisture. They are carried out during the period of precipitation or during irrigation. To do this, use organic and mineral fertilizers, soluble in water. Most often for root dressings use bird droppings in the amount of 100-120 g per 1 sq. Km. m, diluted with water 8-10 times, manure up to 500 g per 1 square. m, diluted with water 4-5 times.

Root top dressing of plants with mineral fertilizers is also effective at the rate of 3-4 g of active ingredient per 1 sq. Km. m, diluted with water 10-20 times. For feeding, mainly carbamide, potassium salt, and potassium sulfate are used. Superphosphate is poorly soluble in water, so it is better to make it from the fall under the digging.

Foliar feedings  spend, as a rule, microelements in small concentrations. Most often, zinc sulfate, iron complexes (chelates), iron sulfate, boric acid, copper sulfate, manganese sulfate, ammonium molybdenum, etc. are used for this procedure.

Trees in the garden consume a huge amount of nutrients from the soil. This is especially true for adults and actively fruiting. It is necessary to feed the garden in spring if you want to harvest a generous harvest.

Natural reserves in the ground and filling mixtures in the planting pits are exhausted after 2-3 years, therefore it is necessary to apply fertilizer twice a year.

Fertilizers for trees

  • Nitrogen: ammonium nitrate and carbamide (urea in the people).
  • Organics: chicken, rabbit, quail dung, mullein, horse manure, humus, biohumus.
  • Sodium HUMATE

Top dressing of fruit trees in the garden is carried out in the fall and spring. And the main one is autumn.

Top dressing of trees in spring before bud break

In early spring, trees need nitrogen. Suitable urea, ammonium nitrate, and if the soil is poor, you can use complex fertilizers. In a bucket of water dissolve a tablespoon of fertilizer and pour.

For young tree  one bucket will be enough. And for an adult  plants need 3-4 buckets. We make a hole around the tree at a distance of 50-100 cm from a trunk 15 cm deep. We pour in it several buckets of water, and then a solution of nitrogen fertilizer.

Before flowering  Trees fertilize with organic infusion. Bucket mullein pour 3 buckets of water, insist week. A liter of infusion is diluted in a bucket of water and poured into the hole around the tree.

Consumption also depends on the age of the tree and the condition of the soil. As a rule, these are 2-3 buckets per barrel circle.

If there is no organic matter, then it is possible to use complex mineral fertilizer to feed the garden in spring. Doses according to the instructions.

How to feed the garden in spring with urea

Watering with nitrogenous fertilizers and extracts of organic matter is very time consuming, especially if the garden is large. A good alternative is to spray the garden with urea (carbamide). It is necessary to carry out several treatments.

First - as soon as the snow melts, on a sunny, windless day at an air temperature not lower than +5. Dosage: 700 grams of urea + 50 grams of blue vitriol  on a bucket of water.

Urea has 3 functions:

  1. Gives a good start to the tree in the form of nitrogen fertilization.
  2. It protects against aphids, tsvetoedov and other pests.
  3. Delays the growing season for 1-2 weeks.

The advantage of delaying the blooming of buds is that they bloom later, which means they will not suffer from late spring frosts. Spray urea trees generously, so that the branches are well soaked. Pristvolny circle also needs to be treated with this solution to destroy overwintering pests.

Second time  process the trees with urea in a week after flowering, but without copper sulfate and in light concentration (a tablespoon per bucket of water).

Third time - when the fruit is tied. This helps to increase the size of the fruit and minimizes. Dosage: a tablespoon of carbamide (urea) per 10 liters.

Top dressing trees humate

In the period of fruit filling, a good effect is given by spraying the crown with sodium humate. To prepare the solution, you need to take 20 g of fertilizer (a teaspoon), pour a liter of hot water and mix thoroughly until completely dissolved.

Get dark brown liquid gruel. It is diluted in 30 liters of water and spray the entire crown. It is more convenient to divide the mush into three equal parts and dilute in a bucket of water.

In August, for effective planting of fruit buds, it is necessary to treat trees with a solution of superphosphate (100 grams per bucket of water). Spray need in the evening after sunset.

In order for the trees to develop well, and the fruits to be large and mature, it is necessary to monitor the condition of the soil and apply fertilizer regularly. It is important to choose the top dressing at the beginning of the vegetative period, as it contributes to the formation of flowers and fruit buds, and as a result will affect the yield.

The most optimal time for fertilizer application is 15-20 days before the beginning of the flowering period, or immediately after it ends. Special attention should be paid to the condition of the soil in your garden. As is known, sandy soil contains little potassium and nitrogen, and in fertile black soil it is sufficient.

It is important to know the acidity of the soil. At high rates, plants develop poorly, and their growth slows down. We should not forget about the abundant watering of the garden, because the tree absorbs all the nutrients only in dissolved form. There are two types of feeding in the spring:

  • soil;
  • foliar.

Soil or root planting trees

When applying soil fertilizer, mineral and organic fertilizers are applied to the tree trunk circle, then the soil should be loosened or dredged to a small depth (5-10 cm). From organics you can use: manure, compost, bird droppings, green manure infusion. Phosphates and nitrates rich in nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and microelements are suitable from mineral fertilizers.

Wood ash contains potassium and the entire set of trace elements, so there is no need to separately make these components in the soil. Feeding using ash can be carried out throughout the season.

Manure and compost are laid out in an even layer around the perimeter of the trunk circle at the rate of 1 bucket - per 1 square meter, and slightly dug up. The soil is necessarily richly moistened.

Than to feed pome

The following mixture of mineral fertilizers is well suited for feeding seed plants:

  • potassium sulphate - 0.8 kg;
  • superphosphate - 1 kg;
  • urea - 0.5 kg (10 l can be replaced with slurry, or 5 shovels with bird droppings);
  • water - 200 l.

All components are thoroughly mixed. If organic is used, allow to brew for 10-15 days. Consumption rate of 40-50 liters of infusion per adult tree.

Feeding stone fruit

For additional feeding of stone fruits in the near-stem circle make:

  • 15-20 gr. urea;
  • 200 gr. wood ash or 20 grams. potassium chloride;
  • 25-30 grams. superphosphate;
  • 10 kg of organic fertilizers (manure, compost, humus) per 1 m2.

The earth is slightly dug up and plentifully watered.

Foliar or surface dressing

When using this type of top dressing, leaves and branches of trees are sprayed with nutrient solution. Processing should be carried out in the morning or evening to the fertilizer is better absorbed by the plants, and the leaves are not burned.

The first top-dressing can be done with a urea solution immediately after the snow has melted. This will help to delay flowering for 1-2 weeks (necessary for protection from frost, when you know about their approach). For different fruit crops such dosages are suitable:

  • apple - 0.3% solution;
  • pear - 0.2%;
  • stone fruit - 0.6%.

You should spend up to 4 liters of solution per adult tree. You can add copper sulphate for the prevention of fungal diseases.
