It is not necessary that the wardrobe looked like a rainbow. Anyway, half then wear nothing. 
2. Very convenient retractable shelves. The main thing is not to put there small things, such as underwear and socks, when extending the shelf they will fall back to the shelf a level lower. I have three piles of things on my shelf, two in front and one across the back, and usually there are things for the next season behind. That is, if it's summer, then there are T-shirts, tops, thin sweaters, T-shirts in front, and sweaters are thicker, woolen things. 
3. It is better to fold the laundry in the drawers. Socks, tights, stockings can be stored in pull-out baskets.
