During this time, the loaf will absorb all the milk.


Since I have already ground the chicken fillet into minced meat, I will grind the remaining ingredients separately. I put the loaf (without squeezing it out of the milk) and the peeled onion into the blender bowl and grind it. 30 seconds of blender operation and the loaf with onions turned into mush.


In a bowl, combine 600 g of minced chicken fillet, mush from the loaf and onion, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, salt and pepper. Thanks to the addition of sour cream to the minced meat, the cutlets will turn out very juicy and will become even more tender.


First, using a spoon and then by hand, mix the minced meat to prepare chicken cutlets in the oven. The minced meat should become absolutely homogeneous.


We move on to the stage of forming chicken fillet cutlets. To do this, pour half a glass of breadcrumbs into a deep plate. We take equal portions of minced meat (this should be done with hands dipped in water) and roll these portions into a ball. Then we roll this meat ball in breadcrumbs and use our hands to give the chicken fillet cutlets a beautiful oblong shape.


Transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet. The last three cutlets did not fit on my small baking sheet, so I had to resort to using the lid from the baking dish.


By this time, the oven has already warmed up to 200 degrees and is ready to accept a baking sheet with minced chicken cutlets. Bake the cutlets for 45 minutes. In principle, the cutlets will be ready much earlier, but they will brown at the finish line in about 45 minutes.
